North Summit sophomore Sadie Sargent won the girls 2A title at the Utah UHSAA Cross Country State Championships at Sugarhouse Park and Highland High. Sargent covered the 3-mile course in 17:58, a 50-second improvement from her second-place effort last year to lead North Summit to a 57-95 victory over North Sevier and its fourth straight 2A championship.
