Desert Hills sophomore Bailey Brinkerhoff won the girls 3A title at the Utah UHSAA Cross Country State Championships at Sugarhouse Park and Highland High. Brinkerhoff covered the 3-mile course in 18:22.6, a 38-second improvement from her third-place finish last year.
