Rozlyn Stowe, a sophomore at Carbon High, won back-to-back Class 3A girls state titles by covering the 5-kilometer layout in 17:45.4 at the Utah High School Activities Association Cross Country Championships at the Regional Athletic Complex in Salt Lake City. Stowe improved from her victorious freshman performance of 18:17.1 and helped Carbon take third as a team with 108 points.
