Springville junior AnnaBeth Templeman finished fifth in the girls 5A final in 18:40.6 on the 3-mile course at Sugarhouse Park and Highland High, at the Utah High School Activities Association state championships. Templeman improved from eighth last season in 18:47.4 to help Springville capture back-to-back titles with a 45-83 victory over Farmington.
