Michael Ralphs, a junior at Millard High, won the boys 2A title by covering the 5-kilometer layout in 16:05.1 at the Utah High School Activities Association state championship meet at the Regional Athletic Complex in Salt Lake City. Ralphs, who improved from eighth last year at Cedar High, led five scorers in the top eight for Millard, which secured its second straight title with a 24-65 victory.
