Morgan senior Carson Wilkins placed second in the boys 3A final at the Utah UHSAA Cross Country State Championships at Sugarhouse Park. Wilkins covered the 3-mile course in 15:52.1, a 20-second improvement from his fourth-place finish last year, to help Morgan capture its first boys team title with a 61-76 victory over last year's champion Emery.
