Rozlyn Stowe, a freshman at Carbon High, won the Class 3A girls title at the Utah High School Activties Association state cross country championship meet at the Regional Athletic Complex in Salt Lake City. Stowe covered the 5-kilometer layout in 18:17.1, helping Carbon secure the first girls team crown in program history with a 63-81 victory against Grand County.
